Thank you for being a part of the Baron Software community! We value your privacy and want you to understand the choices and control you have over your information at IDERA. Today we're announcing some changes to Baron Software's Privacy Policy to comply with the new European Union data regulation. The bedrock relationship between you and Baron Software will not change as Baron Software will not sell, rent or trade email lists with other companies for marketing purposes. Mainly, we have clarified some points in response to the new regulatory landscape, here are some of the highlights of what’s changing:
  • Transparency: We’ve provided additional details about the information we collect and how we use that information. We’ve also explained your choices and the control you have over your information, and the measures we’ve put in place to keep your information secure.
  • GDPR: On May 25, 2018, a new European Union (EU) data protection law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), takes effect. The GDPR gives individuals in the EU more control over how their data is used and places certain obligations on businesses that process information of those individuals. We’ve updated our Privacy Policy to take into account the new requirements of the GDPR. To learn more about GDPR, check out the GDPR FAQ page, as well as Baron Software’s commitment to GDPR.
