Just providing a technical background the employer is also looking for something discussed as a &#8220;soft skill&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Are you able to work with current product line and provide support to customers ?  Are you a team player or a lone wolf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ziprecruiter.com\/grad-report\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">a new study by ZipRecruiter<\/a>&nbsp;suggests 93 percent of employers think soft skills play a \u201ccritical\u201d role in the hiring decision. Some of the top skills that have been suggested:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Communication<\/li><li>Customer service<\/li><li>Scheduling<\/li><li>Time management<\/li><li>Project management<\/li><li>Analytical thinking<\/li><li>Compliance<\/li><li>Independent work<\/li><li>Interpersonal skills<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Baron Software requires that employees present the company at the highest level but also to have a humane approach in resolving issues.
